These terms explain how we work together — plainly, without the usual fog.

By engaging Ashgrid Labs you agree to these terms. Each engagement is also governed by a statement of work that sets out scope, timeline and fees.

You keep full ownership of your data. We process it only to deliver the agreed services, inside your cloud or a dedicated tenant.

Agents, code and documentation we build for you are yours on final payment, except for our pre-existing tooling, which we license to you.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid under the relevant statement of work, except where the law says otherwise.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active clients at least 30 days in advance.
