The checklist nobody demos
Before an agent touches a customer, we answer three questions: what happens when it’s wrong, who notices, and how fast can we roll it back? If any answer is vague, it isn’t ready.
Permissions first
Agents get the narrowest access that lets them do the job. Every tool call is scoped, logged and reversible.
A review queue from day one
Low-confidence decisions go to a human with the evidence attached. The queue shrinks as the agent earns trust — never the other way round.
